Karen Renee Interior Design recently installed a model home for Koch Homes in Gibson’s Grant in Kent Island, Maryland. The home has a fresh and clean vibe, styled in what we call Contemporary Coastal. The merchandising is appointed with the goal of appealing to a younger family and has been well received since its opening September 27.
Decorated in an overall color scheme of creams and blues with orange accents, two of the home’s highlights are a girl’s room, where we incorporated bright and colorful accents for a fun bedroom retreat, and a dual-purpose room replete with desk and daybed, making it an efficient and comfortable home office or guestroom.
