St. Margaret's Residence

10/26/2016

Part of a first-floor design for clients on Mill Creek in the St. Margaret’s area of Annapolis, this dining room favors transitional design with clean geometric shapes. This is evident in the chandelier, dining room table apron design, and the drapery’s Greek key border. The walls contain subtle coordinating patterns in a neutral grass cloth, while the dining chairs are upholstered in a deep blue with complementary nail head trim. A popular room for family gatherings, this dining room flows beautifully with the rest of the client’s home.

North Carolina Model Home Projects

5/14/2016

Our team recently returned from North Carolina, having worked on two separate models for different communities.  In Cary, North Carolina, The O’Kelly model is located in the Courtyard at O’Kelly Chapel community and features the open and bright “Portico”-style home with a bonus suite. Colors highlighted were blues, aquas, with pops of yellow, and possessed metal finishes in silver. We installed a beautiful round table in the dining room, the perfect piece to juxtaposition the square space. Though materials and furnishings were within budget, we added in wonderful contemporary additions throughout to give the home a versatile ...
